 Aaron Steele leads a high performing team in P&G’s new business unit, responsible for creating new brands to transform categories that P&G doesn’t compete in today.  With an impressive 17-year career at Procter & Gamble, Aaron has honed his expertise working on iconic brands such as Tide, Bounty, Head & Shoulders and Febreze as well as creating new to the world brands such as Zevo.  His exceptional track record includes launching over 100 innovative products across multiple countries resulting in billions in Sales and numerous industry accolades, including Best CPG Industry Shopper Marketing Innovation, and Best New Product Launch, alongside 3 Effie Awards.

A native of Cincinnati, Aaron joined P&G after completing his B.A. at the University of Cincinnati.  In 2023, he earned a certificate from Harvard University in Disruptive Innovation Strategy to transform his ability to lead teams and organizations. His feedback has shown he has an extraordinary ability to identify an opportunity, set a vision and inspire the team to deliver that vision – translating into not only strong business results but also a culture where the team feels empowered, included and supported.  

Beyond his brand-building prowess, Aaron is a champion of Equality and Inclusion.  He was a critical member of the team that co-founded P&G’s Multicultural Beauty portfolio – now the #1 Black Hair Care company in America.  He, along with P&G’s VP of Multicultural Brand Building led the acquisition of a Multicultural startup committed to creating Beauty & Grooming products for people of color – which has doubled in size and been used by more than 10 million consumers.  Aaron also served as Global Sponsor of Equity Inclusion – creating policy and benefit interventions to improve Multicultural retention and advancement.  

Residing in Cincinnati, Ohio, Aaron cherishes his role as a father and husband, nurturing and empowering his two remarkable daughters. His unwavering dedication to driving positive change and his undeniable expertise make him an invaluable asset to P&G Ventures.
