Commencing her career as a Consultant at Ernst and Young, Valarie was at the forefront of emerging technologies,contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cutting- edge systems for clients across various industries. Subsequently, she embarked on a remarkable 12-year journey with The Coca-Cola Company, where, as a Technology Leader, she orchestrated the delivery of international, customer-centric technology platforms totaling an average of $75MM annually for the enterprise functions of Human Resources, Legal, Sustainability, Public Affairs, and Communications. Her role extended beyond business enablement to include strategies for enhancing the employee pipeline and preparing talent for succession planning.

As the Founder and CEO of WrightNow Solutions, a People Development Consultancy, Valarie’s results- oriented and forward-thinking mindset drives success. Her focus on transforming workforces to inspire innovation propels her work with organizations, architecting roadmaps and strategies to empower and equip personnel for future success.
